Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited. If detected, all associated accounts will be closed.

Jilibdt supports all major payment methods in Bangladesh — Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. Please read the following deposit and withdrawal rules carefully:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Account verification (KYC) must be completed before withdrawals can be processed.
• Withdrawals are generally processed through the same method used for the deposit.
• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.

Jilibdt processes all payments with no hidden charges. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees, for which jilibdt bears no responsibility.

Jilibdt regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms, but the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each bonus offer comes with specific wagering requirements.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Bonuses are awarded for actual gameplay only and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Jilibdt reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If evidence of fraud or bonus abuse is found, the account will be closed and the bonus forfeited.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts for the same person.

• Hacking: Any attempt to compromise the security of the platform.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. However, jilibdt reserves the right to suspend or close an account on its own initiative in the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Suspicion of fraud or deceptive activity.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

Any balance remaining at the time of account closure (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided the closure is not due to a violation subject to forfeiture.

Jilibdt strives to deliver the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in the following circumstances:

• Losses caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Failure of a third-party payment provider.
• Unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence (e.g., sharing passwords, phishing, etc.).
